• If the wrong item was sent, please contact Nindy via Live Chat first.
• If the mistake is on by.U’s part, by.U will be responsible for both the return of the incorrect item and the shipment of the correct one.
• If the mistake happened because you ordered the wrong item, you will be responsible for both the return shipping and the shipping cost of the correct item.
• If the item is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, by.U will replace it with a new one and cover all shipping costs.
